This hotel is less than a mile from the University of Texas campus, and about a mile to downtown Austin.

The hotel has five up front handicap accessible parking spots. The main front entrance, offers a touch-less power front door. A front patio entrance is connected by way of a ramp. However, this entrance, does not offer a power accessible door.

The Front Desk is accessible, with a height of 34”.

In the lobby there is an ATM, and a new bar with an accessible height of 34”.  Renovations are being done in the bar, the dining area, and the conference area. Nearby a business center area is provided offering two computers with desk height of 34”, underneath being 31”.

Two main elevators, connect all of the floors.  

A total of fifteen Handicap and Hearing-Impaired Accessible Rooms are available with kings and double queens.

Reviewer stayed in Accessible Room # 216, which is also a hearing-impaired room.

The room offers a roll-in shower with a shower wand and a connecting door to the adjacent room. The room does not have an accessible Peep Hole in the door. Nor does the bathroom. The bathroom does not have an emergency phone.

There is an outdoor pool to the rear of the hotel, accessible from the second floor of the hotel. The pool offers an accessible lift.  

This is a fitness area, on the first floor, which has an emergency phone, though there is no power entrance.

A laundry area is available on the second floor.

There is a Denny’s Restaurant within seventy-five yards of the hotel.
