Six handicapped-accessible parking spaces are located across from the Aloft Syracuse Inner Harbor.  The hotel’s front door is touchless-accessible.  The first floor offers an accessible washroom.  Two elevators connect the Aloft Syracuse Inner Harbor’s five floors.

The hotel contains nine handicapped-accessible rooms and ten rooms equipped for the hearing-impaired.  Four of the accessible rooms have a roll-in shower. We toured three accessible rooms–#323, #321, and #100.

Aloft Syracuse Inner Harbor features a business center in its front lobby with two computers, desk height (30.50”) top (27.50”) bottom. In addition, there is a conference area located off the lobby.

The hotel offers an accessible pool, complete with ADA lift, power exit, and an emergency phone. Moreover, the pool area features accessible washrooms and a shower. The large fitness area includes an emergency phone, but its door is not power accessible.

The hotel’s bar is accessible, and the bar area contains an ATM.
