The Tru by Hilton in Camillus, New York provides four handicapped-accessible up-front parking spots. It features a touchless power-accessible front door, and its front desk is accessible at 34 inches high. An accessible washroom is located on the first floor.
The hotel offers 13 accessible rooms, eight of which are equipped for the hearing-impaired but only one of which has a roll-in shower. We toured accessible Room #423, which features an accessible peephole and a connecting door to the adjacent room, but not an emergency phone for its bathroom.

Two elevators connect the Tru by Hilton’s four floors. Braille signs adorn the hotel throughout.
The hotel’s business center provides one computer, desk height (34”) top (32.50”) bottom. Tru by Hilton also contains a fitness center with a basketball court. It does not, however, contain a pool or a conference room.
