The bar can be accessed via a ramp; the bar stands at 41 inches. Also, accessible washrooms are available off the lobby.
The Holiday Inn in East Hartford contains a pool, which features an accessible lift but not a power door. The fitness area is accessible, with an accessible power-door exit. The hotel boasts four ballrooms.
