The 5 floor Hotel Indigo, renovated in 2016 and 2018, offers Valet parking at the front door. The front entrance, has push button handicap accessible doors. The rear patio has a great view of downtown Austin and the location provides easy access to shopping and the university is a 10-minute walk away.

Inside the hotel, a small market area is available to the right of the front desk. To the left, in the main lobby, there is a restaurant and bar, called “Ladybird”

Some of the items served are “Cuvee Coffee”, “Fresh Pressed Juice”, and “Local Kitchen”.

The Front Desk, is accessible on one side at a height of 36.25”. Otherwise the desk height is 48”.  There are two computers in the lobby, one with an accessible desk height of 30.50”, top, and underneath of 29.25”.

Accessible washrooms are located off the lobby. There is also a conference room which opens up to a patio, for entertaining.

The hotel shares the rooftop outdoor accessible pool and patio with the Holiday Inn Express, which is in the same building.  There is a fitness area on the first floor, which offers an emergency phone, though does not have a power entrance. A Unisex, accessible washroom is available in the fitness area.

The hotel has 134 rooms out of which 12 are handicap accessible.

Guide toured Accessible Room # 1025 with Two Queen Beds. an accessible peep hole in entrance door, a roll-in shower and a shower wand.
