This convenient downtown Los Angeles location, near business district, transportation, and museums, offers nice parking options, including upfront valet parking, or self-parking in their underground garage. There is one up front handicap accessible parking spot. (See photos.)
The exterior is attractively landscaped (see photos) with two front entrances, one of which is a touchless accessible power door.
Although, at a height of 44”, the front desk is not handicap accessible, hotel is welcoming, clean, modern, and comfortable.
The lobby offers a Hertz Car rental, lounge, and numerous seating options. There is a bar in the front lobby which is handicap accessible, at a height of 33”, and is also accessible via a ramp with hand rails. The lobby offers an elevator to the parking garage. (See photos.)
On the first floor is an accessible, washroom, although it does not have a power door.
The hotel offers a restaurant called Justice Urban Tavern, on the first floor, with outdoor patio, plus a Starbucks just outside the rear entrance of the hotel. Also, just outside the lobby is a small store, and an ATM. (See photos.). Nearby, is an office area with a few computers. The desk height for the computer area is 32.75”.
Among the twenty-one floors in the hotel, will be found many amenities, including four main elevators providing access to dining options and an accessible, well stocked fitness area, (see photos) plus a banquet room, and Japanese Kyoto Gardens.
The hotel features Braille signage throughout and a total number of twelve accessible rooms, six of which offer roll-in showers.
Reviewers stayed in Accessible Room # 428, (see photos) which is also a hearing-impaired room. No connecting door to an adjacent room is available.
