The Hilton Garden Inn in downtown Buffalo offers off-site parking one block from the hotel. The front door is touchless-sensor accessible, and the front desk’s height is an accessible 35.5 inches. Accessible washrooms are located off the lobby. The hotel features Braille signage throughout.
The Hilton Garden Inn offers six accessible rooms; four of these are equipped for the hearing-impaired as well. Four of these rooms contain roll-in showers. We toured accessible and hearing-impaired Room #1210.

The third floor of the Hilton Garden Inn houses five conference rooms, including a board room—we toured the Lafayette Square I Conference Room and the Trishman Board Room. These are accessible through any of the hotel’s four elevators. The conference area features an additional accessible washroom. Moreover, an office area provides two computers with a desk height of (29”) top (27.25”) bottom.
There are a pool and a fitness area in the basement of the hotel. The pool features a lift and an emergency phone, but not power doors.
Laundry machines are also available in the basement. A restaurant, The Garden Grill & Bar, is on the second floor.
