Seven of the hotel’s rooms are accessible, including two with roll-in showers. The Hilton Garden Inn Plymouth also offers four hearing-impaired rooms, and six handicapped-accessible parking spaces are available. The hotel’s front door is touchless power-accessible and the front desk is accessible at a height of 33 inches.

Two main elevators connect all of the Hilton Garden Inn Plymouth’s five floors. The hotel has a fitness area undergoing expansion; it does not offer a power door. The indoor pool on the first floor also does not offer a power door, but does offer an ADA lift. There is an accessible washroom next to the pool.
