Guests arriving at Tru by Hilton at the Albany Airport will find five up-front handicapped-accessible parking spaces. The front door is touchless power-accessible and the front desk stands at an accessible height of 33.75 inches. The hotel’s first floor contains an accessible washroom.
Tru by Hilton offers ten accessible rooms, all of which are equipped for the hearing-impaired and feature a roll-in shower. Six of the accessible rooms have king-sized beds, four have queen-sized beds. We toured accessible Room #123, which provides a king-sized bed.

Tru by Hilton at the Albany Airport contains a fitness area; its entrance does not have a power door, but there is an emergency phone. The same holds true for the pool, which features an ADA lift.
