Aloft Providence Downtown in Providence, Rhode Island provides valet parking; also, pay-as-you-go parking is available across the street. The hotel’s front door is touchless power-accessible, and the front desk is accessible as well, with a height of 34.25 inches.
Seven floors comprise Aloft Providence Downtown, connected by two elevators. Aloft employs Braille signage throughout. It offers two sets of handicapped-accessible washrooms, one of each side of the hotel.
The hotel offers ten handicapped-accessible rooms, eight rooms for the hearing-impaired, and three rooms with roll-in showers. We toured accessible and hearing-impaired Room #515. This room provided an accessible peephole in its front door and a connecting door to the adjacent room.

Aloft Providence Downtown contains a large fitness area. The hotel doesn’t have a pool, but there is a nice outside patio.
Aloft offers two conference rooms, one with a formal sit-down table and the other with a large sofa area. It also provides a business center with one computer.
A bar is located off the hotel’s front lobby. The bar has an accessible height of 33.25 inches. In addition, the seventh floor holds a rooftop bar; its outside deck offers a great view of downtown Providence.
