On the outside, The Courtyard Marriott Boulder welcomes one with free onsite parking. Inside will be found 137 Rooms, on three floors, out of which 6 rooms are handicap accessible, with one offering hearing impaired assistance. Among accessible rooms, there are two with roll in showers, and four with shower tubs.
In the lobby one is greeted at a Front Desk Height 30”, which is accessible. An ATM, is available nearby. and an office area is provided with six computers, having a desk height of 30”. The hotel also offers, two conference rooms both with power door entrances and exits.

Both rooms offered a connecting door, to an adjacent room and an accessible peep hole in door.

There were no emergency phones in these rooms.
The hotel is an original Courtyard Marriott, with South Western architecture. The saline filled swimming pool has an accessible lift. A rather small rather small Fitness Area is available.
Although open to service dogs, the hotel is not pet friendly. A laundry area is offered on the property. A first floor accessible washroom is available, but the entrance is a non power door.
